 Financial States Audit.



We dictaminate in accordance with the Auditing Standards and Procedures, issued by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants; adhering to the Fiscal Code of the Federation; Likewise, we declared to the Mexican Institute of Social Security, Institute of the National Housing Fund, and to the taxing authorities of Mexico City.



 Countable services

Our work consists in the register of the daily company operations to the emission of the financial statements, in accordance with Financial Information Standards; carrying out the work before mentioned in our offices or  in case the client request, in his company.
However, when there is an accounting department inside the company, the internal audit service is provided in order to immediately detect and correct erroneous records that may arise, avoiding with this a high fiscal cost at the end of the year.


 Fiscal Advisory.



Due to the constant changes that take place in tax matters during the course of a year, it´s necessary to interpret and analyze the different provisions that are published in tax matters. For this reason we apply an inherent study to each kind of company in order to allow tax savings within the legal framework that the same laws allow us.

We evaluate each department, implementing techniques and procedures that benefit the company performance and its employees, which in the medium term pay off in costs to the company.

Use of Fiscal Resources, Financial Benefits.
 
We manage the recovery of contributions paid in excess, and / or of balances in favor and the compensations of applicable balances in favor, in accordance with the provisions of the Fiscal Code of the Federation.
We interpose a resource of Nonconformity and / or a resource of Revocation  in cases of controversy over acts or resolutions of the tax authorities, Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP), treasury,  Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) and National Institute of Housing for Workers (INFONAVIT).
We counsel and / or manage during the tax authorities' inspection procedure, both federal and local contributions or social security contributions, guaranteeing the obtaining of the resolution according to the Law.
We manage procedures and services of a nature analogous inside our professional field.
